A FAMILY of YOUNG SOULS
About
|
Exceptional children require exceptional experiences. Since the 1980s, generations of these children, bright, perceptive and sensitive have incarned with a mission to be the change in the world. These children are Indigos and they desire education that is enlightening rather than academic, experiences that allow them to think and create rather than rely on rote response and individuals in their life who are honest, inspiring and uplifting.
Each year the School of Metaphysics offers an 8-day camp for these children. Perhaps your child, your grandchild, the child of a friend or neighbor is one of these exceptional souls. Camp Niangua is the time and space for a child to explore the meaning of life, to understand their relationship to others and to nature, to experience the joy of discovery in many moments throughout the day. Campers learn universal principles that guide them the rest of their life as they explore the movement of energy in tai chi, the progression of consciousness in still-mind meditation, the realms of expansiveness and creativity in the arts and the depth and connectedness The children who attend camp are ages 10 to 14. Each year, through the study of great humanitarians, exceptional thinkers and world servers, they learn how to change their thinking, how to expand their realm of influence and how each makes a difference in the world. What each camper learns helps them improve their communication skills, their study habits and grades, and their connectedness within their physical and spiritual families. Camp begins on June 18 at the College of Metaphysics campus in Windyville Missouri. It concludes with a weekend get together from Friday evening June 24th to Sunday June 26th. If you’d like more information about camp enrollment, please email or call 417-345-8411 to schedule an interview.
