Four weeks after becoming a School of Metaphysics student I received my first Intuitive Health Analysis. The report guided me to recognize the mental cause of my actions and behavioral patterns. The actions I took based on the report propelled me onto a transformational path of self discovery.
My first health analysis helped me to see that I have desires I want to manifest and accomplish, yet I cause myself to become distracted from what I am capable of. What I received from this was I that if I desire to accomplish my purpose, I need to get my act together and start identifying with strength rather than weakness. The report suggested a host of actions and changes needed to develop clearer, more detailed thoughts that would enable me to accomplish what I desire.
1. Imagine what can be accomplished…follow it up with action and completion.
I made accomplishment consciousness my ideal for my class project. I now value and understand completion more fully because I met and exceeded my goals for the fundraiser.
2. Value my thoughts and desires rather than allowing other people’s thoughts or desires to take precedence over my own.
I have become quite attentive to this and amazed at how much I have allowed other people’s limited views affect me and guide me.
3. Recognize when I am becoming distracted from what I am capable of.
Two ways of using this…If the opportunity presents itself it must be there for a reason. I tell myself more frequently to try something to see what happen and learn from it…I don’t have to be perfect. Another way…I value concentration more than ever before because I see how my lack of attention steers me away from more meaningful results.
4. Learn how to concentrate and focus the mind on value and purpose to develop the self in all ways.
I now know the benefit of establishing and aligning with value and purpose with any endeavor great or small.
5. Stop settling on a limited picture of the Self and on other people’s images of myself.
I now recognize my limited views and when I am limiting myself based on another person’s opinion or perspcective.
6. Develop an inner communication and an inner integrity, a commitment to Self, to build the drive, determination and fortitude to accomplish my purpose.
I pay attention to my dreams, insights during meditation, allow for more stillness during the day and TALK to my subconscious mind.
7. Rely upon on my inner Self for guidance rather than that which is outside of myself.
I force decisions less and less and allow things to come to and wait for things to unfold based on messages from my subconscious.
8. Face and understand my fears by recognizing when I run to and align with other people in order to avoid the fears to deny them.
9. Make a list of the things that I avoid everyday to see how fear is built and operates inside me.
10. Recognize the difference between an imagined fear and a real one to become more disciplined in the thinking.
All of these suggestions, while I am still working with each of them, led me to make significant changes in my inner and outer environment that are now enabling me to have exactly what I desire.
